Try putting a buffer url behind it e.g. https://linktr.ee/ or one of the many clones.

Does Twitter link.tr approve? Isn't there a problem? What else is there other than linktr?

There is no "cheap" cloaker available, because cheap cloakers don't work on the long run. A perfect cloaker needs daily updates of the provider, they can't be provided for free.
So you should have a budget of at least US$ 500 per month.

Yeah, linking directly to Los Pollos on twitter is not possible anymore.
I mentioned building a landing page with one of those free website builders (wix, weebly, blogger, etc)...
Though I think a link landing page like linktree, allmylinks, etc... could also work and it's faster to set up.

Now I understand what you mean, I tried linktr.ee, but it was seen as a harmful site and did not accept it. Let's see if "blogger" will approve it.

google linktree alternatives you can find 100's. hit bhw search, you'll find others already compiled this list. (may be dated)
there's even free scripts to roll-your-own on your server in under an hour. it's usually best. think of how many 10,000s of other people are burning through those free services and getting them blacklisted on every site, doing this same thing.
this is basically big game of cat and mouse. they shut down 1 domain so you do another.

I redirect people based on host. For example, I show a different website to IP addresses that are identified as those belonging to Google, Twitter and other companies - by checking hostname (using about 5 IP databases).
It doesn't work 100% of the time, but enough to hide the link that I want to redirect to.
