Question: How can I extract multiple emails from my gmail

I have multiple gmail accounts with thousands of emails in them. I want to extract the email accounts/addresses into a list/file. I have found paid services for this online, but this being BHW I am sure there is a free way of doing this. Thanks in advance!

That is only if they are ALREADY a contact. I have gmail accounts with thousands of emails in them that are not contacts. I have found solutions to extract them. Of course I googled first. All I could find were paid services. I was looking for a free alternative. Thanks for the response though.
