[QUESTION] How Can I Convert An HTML Template To Facebook Fanpage Size

Hello Folks,

I've see some beautiful HTML templates being used on Facebook Fanpages. I use Dreamweaver CS4 and would like to know how to reduce normal site template to the size of facebook fanpage which is around 518x579.

I will be glad to learn from gurus and this will also help lots of folk. Kindly orient the house on this.
