Hey , can you guys advice me which hosting service I should go with for building a pbn network.
a service that has some fine servers and cheap prices

Ideally you want a bunch of different ip's with different providers/locations if you were to build a pbn network. So i would imagine you would need a bunch of cheap shared hosting.

There a lot providers who willing to give you additional IPs when you have correct justification. One KVM VPS (try to avoid OVZ VPS) with 2GB RAM/30GB SSD/1TB Traffic can handle at least 4-5 sites.
