[QUESTION] getting a VPS to speed up SB need advice

So my Sb has been taking days to complete its tasks, the fastest my isp can provide is 15mbps < not fast enough, so i think im going to get a VPS to speed things up. Is this a good idea? is a VPS easy to use? any suggestions on specs? im in canada, should the servers be in canada and the states? will this matter as far as trying to rank in google.ca and .com? any help would be awesome guys..thx

theres so many vps providers, i dont know which one to choose....can someone reccomend a good service?

really? i saw alot of negative comments, people were saying to many bhw'ers were sharing connection slowing down the speed...i saw another site, which was 50$ a month and there serveres are in moscow and they have unmetered bandwidth 512mb ram 20g hardrrive....i dont know if this is a good deal or not. other services charge the same amount but give u scrapebox and se nuke and article marketing robot, but i already have these programs, so i dont know if i should just get a vps and install them on the server. im new to the whole vps thing, but i know im at the point where i need to bump up my speed and hopfully be able to run multiple instances of sb

--yes a vps will speed you up and no it shouldn't matter location.

how does a vps work? is it like a program you run on your computer, where do u install SB on it? sorry newb question
