Question from a beginner (traffic purchase)

Hi,

pretty sure somebody of you can help me, i am new to IM and have a question.

I browsed some IM related eBay auctions where one guy is offering website traffic (10k, 20k visitors and so on).
He says that all of them are real people and they have to stay 30-40sec on the website.

Are those really real people? And if they are real, how he makes sure they stay on the page for a certain time???

Realy curious about this...

Its called PTC traffic. Basically they pay less than a penny for people to click on your site. LAME JUNK USELESS traffic. DO NOT BUY!
It looks really good but it is PURE JuNk. You have been warned
