[Question] Forum link posting.

Just got a question about forum linking.. Say I wanted to post my link in a high pr forum I browse. Without getting banned, blend the link to forum box background.. I am not stuffing, but how does google read these on a forum? Do they discard them?


Btw I know the deal on main site link blending, just not sure if it qualified for old high pr sites?
