I want to know something to see if you can help me use addmefast or kindgom like or like 4 like or youlikehits for my channel youtube really serves or do I risk a lot?

yes you can use it without getting ban.

Seriously do not banish if you use addmefast for visits or subs or whatever youtube is not supposed to be stored on Amazon and based on the cookies know you are doing or not

Do they really allow this?

It's fine but be reminded that it is better to grow your fan base organically. Focus on trying to create better videos that appeals your audience.That's the safer way.
 
No risk i think. I use it time to time. No problem so far.
 
I personally would avoid those services, as there's other ways.
