Question for web devs/website sellers

Ok so for example u offer service of website creation for your customers...
And i mean full package, hosting/domain name included,
Now how is that part actually working???
I mean do i buy hosting/domain name with my paypal or card and hand them over or how??

My concerns what if they decide to at some point go illegal or host some dcma content??

I'd suggest you direct them to buying their own domain however one other way is buying the domain in godaddy and then transfering the domain to one of your clients godaddy account. However it takes quite some time and its just a pain in the ass. All I do is have them get the domain and then send me the details. But for the hosting I pay it and deal with it, they just send me a monthly fee for maintaining the website and I pay the hosting with that. Also if you think they are gonna do something illegal just dont work with them at all. If you need any help PM

Best suggestion I have for you is to get a Reseller account, sell them the domains with a small fee for you buying it for them, then host them on your Reseller and charge them for the hosting. Reseller accounts can cost anywhere between 5$ and 30$ a month, depends on the company, price, quality and disk space/bandwidth. You are building their website and manage it so they will agree its a good option you will host it as well. charge them enough to build a profit from the Reseller (or VPS) account so you can have nice passive income.

about black hat content you can buy a Reseller account or VPS account with a non DMCA applicant company, there are many out there (I don't think I should post links but you can search and filter results for that in price comparing websites) so that solves it. **EDIT: if you go blackhat on this of course you will need to hide identities of domain holders (domain privacy) and etc. can't take risk of being sued in your country for just selling these accounts though the servers are outside us/eu. I dont know the law on this as i'm not from us/eu.

option two is to tell them they cannot host illegal stuff on your servers as TOS and need to follow DMCA.
