Question for those who have Firstchoice Pay card

Can you guys use your Firstchoice Pay card online?

I can't seem to use mine despite it's activated and has sufficient funds. I already withdrew cash once from an ATM and used the card for an offline purchase without any issue, but i still can't seem to use it online.
I tried to pay 2 utility bills at two different companies and i also tried to make a purchase at an online retail store to no avail, the card was declined in all three cases.

I already opened a ticket with the Firstchoice Pay support, no reply yet and i was wondering, if any of you have the same experience.
The card issuer is the same Choice Bank Ltd, which issues the Payoneer cards and i've never faced such issue with Payoneer cards.

Just a follow up on this one, if someone will ever have this problem.

I haven't got any reply from their support in a week, so i contacted one of their reps directly. It turned out to be a chip issue. They're issuing and shipping a new card free of charge.

im having this same issue and support is of no help. where or how did you contacted the rep?
