Question for the u2bviews users

So I have just gained 20k total credits on u2bviews and am now able to use the fast views option. The problem is, in the control panel the 'views until removal' and 'current views' do not change at all, meaning I have no clue when my credits have run out on each video. I have searched for hours on google to find a solution but found nothing. I have contacted the admin of u2bviews via the BHW forums, in a PM, and on the u2bviews facebook and got no response so I figured I am going to have to try to solve this on my own.

I have tried making a new account and the same problem still happens. I have tried logging in to u2bviews on another PC and on my ipad, same problem. So I think it can only be one of two things: either its a website problem and the same thing regarding view count not updating is happening to EVERYONE. Or it is an account issue, maybe view counts are only updating on accounts created before a certain date.

I would really appreciate it if everyone that uses u2bviews could post here and let me know whether or not you have the same problem. This is starting to send me insane

why u2bviews isn't sharing contact info over their website.. ghrrrr

The view counters on website can take from 8 hours to 48 hours to update, however you still get views in your youtube video, its just the counter on the u2bviews website that takes some time to update .

There really is no need for fast views, i get around 7k views for 250 credits in less than a day.

Impossible... each time I added 250, getting only about 1k views max.

I haven't been able to connect with the desktop software for a couple days now. Anyone else having these problems?
