I registered 3 domain names 6 months ago and created 3 sites with them.

I have paid approximately 350 dollars for each site for SEO.

6 months later, my three websites are ranking like this:
- first website: ranking 1st in google for a keyword with these amount of searches:
(exact monthly searches: 390)
(Phrase monthly searches: 8100)
(Broad monthly searches: 27100)

- second website: ranking 2st in google for a keyword with these amount of searches:
(exact monthly searches: 2900)
(Phrase monthly searches: 12100)
(Broad monthly searches: 27100)

- third website: ranking 1st in google for a keyword with these amount of searches:
(exact monthly searches: 1300)
(Phrase monthly searches: 8100)
(Broad monthly searches: 27100)

all ppc is minimum 1$

I am making around 300 dollars/month adsense and around 500dollars/month affiliate sales.

do you see that as a good investment?
Do you any suggestions?

thank you

Not sure what your question is but if you are asking if you should do PPC I would say yes since you know your sites convert.

If you are already ranked 1 and you have all the natural traffic you can get, your Adsense won't increase to much more.

But if you double or triple the traffic you should double or tripple the sales too.

So drop the Adsense and do PPC.

Again, not sure what the actual question was.

I hope this helps.

Edit: When I said I'm not sure what the question is, I already figured you could do the math and know it was a good deal so I could not figure what you where really wanting, hence the reason for my post...Now I see you plugging a "friend" that has this awesome SEO package, that makes me wonder if the stats are real...just saying

thank you for the answer,

my question is do you consider that as a good return for the investment I made in these sites?

What do you consider a good PPC program? Can I find a PPC program that is according to the niche I am targetting?

Lets see.

Total Investment- $1050

Revenue Per Month- $800

$800 X 12 months = $9600

Total Profit this year- $8550

Simple math tells me this is a good investment. Show me any investment that will return that kind of money in one year. Now just keep scaling it.

If every 3 sites averages you $8550 per year, then 30 sites will make you $85K per year and 300 sites will make you $850,000 a year. Seems like a no brainer to me brother. Just keep reinvesting your money back into it.

If you need a partner hit me up:)

Lol thinking of it that way, it would be great.. :)

However it is seasonal, last three months it gave me around 700-800$/month, I will see how many it will give me in the next three months.. and keep scaling back I think I will need a partner next year if I wanna expand.. I will keep you posted..

Thank you for the encouragement :))) I think I am on the right track

Why would you pay for a PPC? Just build the site, outsource the SEO, move to the next one.

Ya buddy, you are good. You are better than 95% of the people here. You are making money. Now just take your system and scale it. That is how the big boys do it.

Yes this is what I am trying to do now is to scale it. I have a bit of problems to find content, I am paying this girl around 15$ /article for around 7 articles per site. This takes a little time.

Another problem is being able to repost to the server and maintaining multiple sites. I feel I am borderline with 3 sites, I don't understand how these big boys maintain that many sites.

Since I am also a programmer I am thinking of developping a software that allows me to create sites a lot faster and also do email campaigns..

What do you think?

Congrats to you, sounds like you are indeed on the right track. Would you mind sharing what services you have paid for to do SEO on the sites? I haven't done a darn in IM, but am looking to invest some of ny offline success into that. Any suggestions?

I would love to know your set up and sites involved in this. With SEO it is on going and is a real pain when Google change there algorithm. You must have a niche set of keywords and content to reap in your rewards.

Well done and I am looking into doing something like this. If you have any info on the way forward for this kind of set up I would be glad to have it.

I have a friend that is doing the link building.. We actually now have a partnership selling links to other people who need SEO..

He has two good packages that I use for every new website:
2 PR6, 8 PR5, 15 PR4 and 20 PR3 blog posts for 125 dollars
Another package which for some reason works miracles for me:
100 do-follow blog comments for 80 dollars

Yes exactly I have a niche set of keywords and lots of articles written on the same set of keywords.

I am sorry I can't tell you the niche but I can tell you one thing which is very important: don't focus too much on top keywords, reap benefits from low competition keywords and move up from there to the top keywords

Also choose GOOD DOMAIN NAMES, at least you should have a good phrase matching in your domain name alone...

Also VERY IMPORTANT: don't choose a niche less than CPC 1$ and FIND SOMETHING that you can sell, not only adsense, it is not worth it... Well to me it is not..

Please contact me for other questions.. I love this forum :)
