I have a question about optimization ..

I negotiated with a sports website, an authoritative old .. we agreed to write a text to them .. And I did it .. Finally they cite me the web site, but there is only www.mydomain.com like a missing hyperlink.
will this be used to seo after it is not a hyperlink, but the only domain is quoted? At least it will be read and seen by about 5,000 people.

Ask them to put a href tag on the link otherwise there is no long term value of it.

It's better than nothing, but still you should get a hyperlink. Ask for it.

Just ask them to hyperlink the URL. It shouldnt be any issue for them to do so - in the worst case they might make it no follow. But a hyperlinked URL is better for everyone involved - including the readers.

If they wont do it, all is not lost, if its going out to a lot of readers then its still good for your exposure.

Having a hyperlink placed on the other sites is better than just having domain mentioned for two reasons: it's good for your SEO and the CTR will probably be higher (because clicking the link is easier than copy-pasting it to the bar).
