This question suit nowhere, ofcourse I know you all hate stupid question, but I am only asking this since I am desperate, I am not going to ask, how or what is your method ?

The things is, have you ever experience, RSI ? (repetetive strain injury)

I am fucking motivated as fuck, but Now as I start working longer, shit is being more painfull.

I feel like some of you guys had face the same problem,

I work around, 7-8 hours this days and will increase it to 9 in the future,

I think its because I start working on internet marketing project right after exam,

My hand have been paining me since the exam.

If you have similar experience then throw me your advice.

Get a Decent mouse-mat with wrist support and a keyboard one, and take breaks :)

If you work just a little bit more you will tap in to your hidden power called "beast mode"

Beast mode from jeffy ? (if not then never mind)

I had tendonitis on my foot, before from practicing same dance move again and again, I push and beast mode got me almost, not able to walk lol

i masturbate a lot. typing on the keyboard for hours and hours doesn't even compare...

a rub a day keeps the RSI away

Dragon naturally speaking? Windows 8 voice commands? :-)

If you are having problems at 8 Hr then get some help, I go sometimes 14 to 18 hr a day. if you are just staring out then yes at first you should have problems like that. Makes sure you have a good comfortable workstation. and learn what bots and automation are to save yourself from the real repetitive tasks, or they will drive you nuts after a while.

I never understood what could anyone be doing for 8+ hours/day. Whatever I do I usually get bored or distracted after 1 hour max, so I go out for a smoke or watch a movie and that's it for the day, I almost never get back to work. And no I'm not living on the street, nor under the bridge :)

9 hours is nothing to me. When I am focused on something I can go for weeks of working literally every spare minute of the day until I sleep. But I chose to be a programmer...

I started to get RSI from using a mouse, now I can't even use a mouse anymore, even for a minute. I use a pen tablet instead when I am sitting at a desk. Luckily I don't have problems with typing. Maybe because I never bothered to learn to touch type, I still just prod the keys with the same few fingers. A friend of mine had to change career because she had so much pain typing. So be careful and make sure you find a setup that works for you before it is too late.
