In addition to this, most of these "30-50" DR are completely boosted.
If you check their history, it was like crappy DR then within a span of a month or two, completely boosted up

You mean, building your own PBN site, including a good metrics domain based on WP?
You are mixing different services: site dev + domain brokerage. Maybe some domain broker in the forum can offer you this, ask them in their makerplace sales thread:

But personally if I were you, I would go preferably into buying some links from any PBN provider. If you don't have the time to build your own site, or search for your own domains (even through a broker), is unlikely that you will be able to maintain a site that someone else prepare for you, therefore you will ultimately incur in penalties when you start doing things wrong wasting all your money. Leaving 100% of the pbn development business to a 3rd party is never a good business (unless is part of your marketing agency strategy). Just hire someone that already have this done.

Yeah, unfortunately, it is so easy to manipulate with numbers, it's insane.
That is why people should ask questions and ask for samples & check the history.

sorry i don't think most of the services are any good as its not real PBNs (unless they build one for you).
most of them sell to many users so its not a real PBN and is so much less effective. might as well just do a link blast..
the best is when you create it yourself.

Is it just me or the answer is actually a bit confusing, are you saying that we should create our own pbn or better buy the service from someone else because you said to do so and than you said it is a bad idea?

You're really obsessed with the shiny manipulated metrics,
This kind of PBN is the total opposite of a good one,
They're made completely automatic with some software, shitty spam content, 0 moderation along with a ton of obvious footprints,
You can use these as tier 2 links or for some spammy testing projects, but you can't rely on them to rank anything, especially for long-term projects,
Anyway, if you want this kind of PBN, you should check @eatingMemory service

Build your own PBN from scrach, or buy links.
But I can't really see how asking someone to build your PBN, other than maybe a marketing agency that it's integrating a little PBN into the SEO strategy, doesn't make sense. Anyway, most agency will retain the PBN creation, and if you leave them, they will drop your PBN and you will drop consequently in rank, meaning it's not really yours, just a strategy to retain you.
