Use the business account für your e-com and use a private one for other stuff.
two business accounts are not allowed.

    Make sure both are verified.

You can send money with your business account.
Are you trying to use a different business name to send money to
    your suppliers?

I am not sure what you are asking.

Are you trying to open a new account for lower fees to pay your suppliers?
When you send money, the person receiving the money gets charged a fee,
    not you.

And yes, when you make more money, your fees do go lower with paypal.
I don't think you have to apply for lower fees, it's based on your sales volume.

    Hope that helps:eek:

if you plan on recieving alot of money dont use paypal when you hit over a 1000 in your account or so they will limit you for 180 days done it to me 4 times now its a pain in the ass make a google checkout account + if you make a google checkout account and process 200£ in transactions they will send you a 50£ google adsense voucher for new or existing adword users.
