hello every Turkish's people

i will gonna to Turkey next week ,,i really want to open bank account and i,m foreign ,,
1-what is official Papers they will need ?
2-what is best bank in Turkey ?

For me, best bank is Akbank. But for changing currencies, use Finansbank. For the requirements,

Your identity card
A file that tells your living place
Being 18+ years old.

Turkey is a tax heaven if you know what you are doing.

Meannn is right. But I think u need passport if u r foreign. Not ID.
