Question for instagram reels

Yo, today I warmed up my ig acc and i can start posting but I made a mistake of not making any content beforehand. I'm doing finance newsletter affiliate so my plan was to post Andrew Tate clips, and i thought i will just steal videos off of tiktok, change the colors a bit, make the video bigger/smaller and add my logo, but wouldn't that get flagged by some kind of alghoritm, or does instagram not care where you get your clips from and you just cant steal from insta but can steal from tiktok?
