Question for Google Ranking, backlinks do not show up.

My site is 7 days old, good content, nice layout, tons of pages, and about 1000-2000 backlinks, yet the website is indexed, added google.com/addurl, not showing any backlinks. I know these things take time, how long should it take, how can I speed up the process safely...I also have approx 900 twitter links. Would creating keyword.blogspot.com names, and have them backlink to my site with unique content.

1 other question, adsense domains/content is much higher than anyaltics...

Using Wordpress, any plugins would be helpful...
