Question for getting more publicity on Facebook

I started fb page couple weeks ago and now I'm hoping to promote it through going into related pages and posting a picture and liking it so it goes on the top for those users who have selected the ''top comments''.

So my question is can I like the picture I posted with multiple pages without my page being banned? Or do I need to create a new facebook profile for every like?

If you are using several pages than there is no problem. But you can buy real likes. That would be safe for your account.
