Question For Fellow Blackhatters About Sales Funnel & Branded Header

So just looking for some input on what the best sales funnel model would be for Weight Loss niche. Would it be traffic source to landing page then directly to vendors sales page, or would it be best to construct my own sales page and go traffic-landing page- sales page - vendors page? Already collecting emails and working on my list, so got that covered.

Also say for example that I have a direct link to vendors checkout page... Does anyone know if that require my sales page to have that Clickbank "branded header" or am I OK not having that BC I'm an Affiliate?
