I saw some people selling accounts that contains 100K$ ads for only 20K$ and its actually contains the money and you can actually spend the 100K$ after 2 weeks it gets banned how actually these people sell accounts with that much money for smaller costs they sell facebook ads for 80% discounts , how is that possible ?

I think its a different method because if they charged facebook 100K$ at once they will automatically get banned , I think there is another method.

Those are scams. Fb use to give prepaid balance back in the days but FB don't give anymore. people still using this thing to scam others. read bhw posts properly before writing anything here. it has been discussed already
There are people on facebook that sell accounts with real cash with discount of 40 ~ 80% depends on the person who is sell them, for me I know a real person but this person doesn't want to tell anyone how he achieve this type of accounts , so I am trying to figure out how he achieve this.
I know a real person are doing this type of things , but he never tell us how he achieve this he just give you user/pass for 80% discount of the needed price so I wanted to know how do he achieve this, also I don't think he pay money for facebook, also I searched bhw and i didn't find anyone that are talking about this.

if can, you should buy old account with about 100 - 120$
it strong and spend good
but what old accounts will do , facebook will still charge you the same amount for ads.
I really have no idea how some people are doing this , but I purchased from him and he actually gives 80% but now he decreased discounts to 60% because he got more jobs from SA and Iran, but I cannot leave my number here, I was asking because I am trying to reverse engineer facebook and wanted to know any details that can help share this knowledge.

Maybe they get these accounts by hacking other people's accounts so they will sell them cheaply, these types of accounts are often risky

those accounts can only be used for a short period of time . the more you spend the better . if it is renting the account it is better than buying it

These are accounts that may have large spending thresholds like Invoice accounts, then some tricks will be used to disable that account to eat the threshold that Facebook has granted

Maybe they used some tricks to get it. But I think you should rent an account instead of buying it. Accounts can be used for short or long time depending on how much you spend.
