Before you close a long-term deal, how do you backup yourself from a paypal case?
Are you creating a contract?
Which tool are you using for contract creation?

PayPal allows you to create invoice where in the 'details and notes' you can (should) add 'no-refunds'.
Create the same in the contract and you can sign a contract with the client via DocuSign

In case there is a dispute or bank chargeback - you have this documents confirming 'no-refunds'.

Uh... I actually write in notes that I abide by PayPal's buyer protection 100%. Makes it easier to close the deal.

If ur afraid of disputes then u probably can't deliver results.

Payments to Friends of Family are not subject to any refund either...

I recommend a couple things:

1. Don’t sell the promise of higher rankings. Sell links/content/strategy, tangible deliverables.

2. Sign an agreement between your client that makes these deliverables clear.
