Question for AutoBloggers

New feature added

ok, I'm excited about this one. This module works as such:
Whenever scheduled posts are changed from future status to published status,
The posts are automatically submitted to onlywire's bookmarking service.

hence. automatic bookmarking. and of course this can be toggled on or off.






I still need an ebay rss example to see if it is compatible or I need to write a handler for it. After that I am ready to release this bad boy.

Sounds like a great script with all you got going in it now, and every time someone comes up with a suggestion... you pop it right in there! Well, as long as it's possible and relevant....

Number 1 I think will always be impossible. To get the full content you have to pull in the entire source of a page, and know where the content begins and where it ends. Each blog/source will have different themes and different indicators of begin-posts and end-posts. Thats why we have to use yahoo pipes to create special operators to grab the full content. As far as I know, there is nothing better than yahoo pipes for scraping full content.

2. number two may be possible, it depends on how much it takes to be considered unique. Is passing copy scape the current benchmark of what is unique and what is not?

3.there is a good thread going on right now in the blogging forum about this. Onlywire seems to be the king right now, but not to anyone's liking.

Oh btw, on the newest update I added twitter auto-tweeting to the list of features. I know onlywire does this, but I figure you might want to post to a differnt twitter account than the account associated with your onlywire.

For example. I got autoblogs about the planets in our galaxy, and my main twitter account is already being used for a couple of other autoblogs, and it's followers are probably other IMers.

For this collection of planet autoblogs I want to have all them associated to a twitter account called planet archive, and have it's followers accure naturally by people seeing the types of tweets I do and following. That way I'll get quality followers and my twitter account, through my autoblogging software, becomes like an rss feed with subscribed readers.

So thats why i added a seperate auto-tweet feature.


4. yes we need this. auto rss submittion. This will is in the queue.

5. Yeah you know your right. If this autoblogging script (NOW KNOW AS BLOGSENSE! pm me for more info.) is gonna be popular, then I need to make a nice interface to edit all the variables. I'll do this real soon too.
