Great that you are trying to build a career from this age.

But, only translating the blogs would be considered "copying." So, I would not recommend building a career on something like this.

You may take ideas from those blogs and provide something unique or "add your taste to it", which is far more batter than copying other people's work.

Google may or may not consider it "Translation Plagiarism," but I think it would take a lot of time to index such content.

All and all, if you are willing to work just for experience (or a way of spending time), your idea is good.
But if you are willing to build a career from this, do something unique.

Also, if you are stick to your idea (existing blog translation), don't forget to mention the source of the content to avoid any penalties or disputes in the future.

Wow. First Of All, I want to congrats on this age for your effort. And you should know something about content because I don't suggest translating.
You can build quality content at your own. You can take some ideas on that content and go for your own way. Google always like quality content, It will help your site for sure.

For translate you can use Deepl. Its works best. Its best to rephrase yourself for quality content. If not you can use quillbot but spinning make our content worse. Better check content after spin. finally check the grammer and plagarism

As you said it's your new website, so for the first few months you better create the content on your own. Because the quality of content is more important to get ranked and you can have a second thought of rewriting the translated content by spinning using the small SEO tools like plagarism checker, quillbot and grammerly this might helps you.

Congrats in advance!

I'm curious about the source of translation articles. Do you mean that translate other languages into English?

If it's your site and content you can translate without spinning. You can use a local language domain. There is no risk.
If it's not your site do at your own risk. This is a black hat method. I suggest do some research before doing this.

Translate it twice using foreign languages
You'll probably end up with much cleaner text

If you want to start properly, and by the way, great that you are business-oriented at such early age, the best idea would be to make your own content, no matter how brief it would be. But, if you are in a hurry and just want to start with something, then you could use content from others but by no means just to translate it, as, yes, you could be penalized. Try to rewrite it, modify in some way at least, but not just copy-paste it and use a different language.

You're 16 (lucky you!), so I assume you're still living with your parents. Take advantage of this (not having to pay bills, etc.) and start studying PHP and JS. In a couple of years you'll be able to do magic and build projects that will make you way more money than blog based on translate/spun content.

I recommend you to enter the original article with your own hands without translation, in word translations, the article becomes illegible and the reader quickly leaves your site, and google lowers it from the rankings.

if I can go back in time and start at your age, I will do two things. find a stable source of income to monetize my projects, and try deferent type of project, and whenever I need to cut my time short using money I will. that way I would find the best project in the shortest amount of time possible.

Sounds great!! You start your own website.
You can choose your website niche for generating content. If want to translate, use google translate and Spin it with Quilbot tool. Then make it error free with Grammarly tool. Then make it unique content by checking plagiarism with seo plagiarism checker. Then post your content. It will help!
I use this approach to write upto 8000 words. It works!
Keep in mind, before writing content understand clearly about the topic you choose.
