question for all the PPI affiliates

I have always wondered why all of you PPI affiliates get installs and only accept $1 or so for them. Why not monetize them yourself? The people buying them through the PPI company are monetizing them for many months after.

Because that is not easy, most of us don`t know where to start, how to find good advertiser and that is main problem, after it we need to build installer etc. etc.
