I'm gonna be launching a new product soon and I was trying to think of a name. I looked at Facebook's trademark page. Since I suck at trademark/copyright laws I was wondering if anyone could point me in right direction.
My product would be something related to facebook and graph api,
Would using for example fbassistant.com, fbassist.com or something like that provide grounds for them to send a copyright claim since I would be using "fb"?
Now lets say im using fb in that domain for something completely not related to SM or FB, would the answer be same?
Domains I mentioned are just example and one of them is already registered and redirecting to a site that provides some custom searches for facebook. This has led me to belive its perfectly fine to do it.
