[QUESTION]Ezinearticles ranking

In my serp competition I have two ezinearticles.com articles.

I want to replace one of them.
One of them has no backlinks, other has few but is aged.

How could I optimize my ezine article that it would replace on of them?

I did high PR commenting day before.

Just post another.

I mean - articles in serp IS my competition.
