Is there a tool that allows you to extract all the outgoing links from a webpage?

I did a google search but all the programs I found didn't work.

SB can only show how many outbound links it has, not the actual links.

How? With the outbound link checker it only show the amount of the links...

Use the Link Extractor. Choose external and there you go.
