Just a quick question on expired domains.

I found one that has been inactive for over 3 years, it has decent metrics (DA / PA / TF etc).

However, after running a site:hxxp://domain.com search, no pages are obviously indexed (not even the home page - which is normal ). My question, however, is : Is the domain still worth it? Should I register it? Or should the domain still be indexed in order for it to provide any value?

All my pbn is from expired domains which are not indexed when I buy them. As long as the domain still has incoming links and it hasn't been spammed it will be good to use

As long as it's free from spam, any kind of Google penalty it's good to go for PBN.

If you are going to pay for just the registration fee, buy it and install wordpress then see if it indexes in a week or two and also put it in your google webmasters tool. if it doesnt index, add content, ping it and wait another week or two, if it doesn't do anything, time to move on.

I do as this guy said it. I bought a few domains that didn't index so I just left them. You can be 100% with all of them :)

Just analyze the incoming links - make your decision based on that (depends on what you want with the domain of cause).
