hi i want to sell and EMD domain (75,000 local monthly searches exact match Google Keyword Tools)
download/youtube/videos niche
Can you pls suggest a reasonable price to sell?

without established website it's not worth much. probably just registration fee specially if it's song/movie name + download/watch
 
EMDs aren't that popular like they used to be as well. If it's only the domain than don't count on it.
Why not include a simple website and throw Adsense on it. See what results you get and sell it 6
times the monthly revenue on flippa.
