    If I can get a lot of people to an email submit page directly by them typing the url in the browser. What problems can I get due to the source of the traffic and how can I cover something like this?

    Thanks

    You must have one heck of a way to get someone to type in a long affiliate url. The referrer will basically be blank, so the company will probably ask for your traffic source. When that happens, you will need to make up a believeable reason to have a blank referrer. If you can, tell them outright what you are doing and how you are getting people to type it in.

    They will not need to actually type the url but it's the same. That's the problem, I can't find a reason for the traffic source?

    How about if I send the traffic through an url shortening service like tinyurl before? Do you think it will work?

    • Blank Referer -> true (problem)
    • real people -> true
    • conversions -> you can bet on it.
