I wanted to ask if there are available Ebay Shop Design Templates for Ebay to download?

I would be thankful for every helping reply.

Very unlikely to get a remotely decent one for free. Just head over to freelancer and get one made for about $50.

Basically, go to freelancer and setup a project for eBay shop template design and people will bid on the project.

Find the person from those bids who has done it before and see their portfolio. Once you're happy with it, just accept their bid and tell them what you want.
