[Question]Dropshipping small gadgets or anything less than or equal to $3USD?

Well I'm a bit new to dropshipping and from what I understand the dropshipping company should be willing to ship out a single item no matter how small it is to any address, Right?(Or well terms and conditions may apply just a bit)

Well if the above is right I'd like to know if any trustable person is here that I could partner with seeing as I just thought of a way to get constant sales per day however the total cost of the item, Shipping+item should be less than or equal to $3USD Else I'll be making absolutely nothing and would probably start losing at that point.

Also is chinabuye reliable in regards to dropshipping in such a situation?
