Question: Drop Shipping

I would like to start a drop shipping business. I already have an e-commerce website.

My target market are US, Canada and Europe. but I will start in US

My question is do I have to register my e-commerce website to US gov't or Canada gov't so that I can sell products to their people?

btw, Im don't live in US or Canada or in any Europe countries.
