[QUESTION] Do I need Permission?

I'm working on an seo tool that uses the data from the g00gle keyword tool along with a few other sources which generates custom reports. Do I need permission from g00gle to use the data from their keyword tool? or is this considered public information, etc? All help is greatly appreciated.

I would suggest consulting some one that knows about internet law just to be on the safe side, don't want to be slap with a lawsuit.

I'm wondering if having a disclaimer would be sufficient? Anyway I guess i'll have to talk directly with google about it.
