[Question] Desktop Traffic Monitization, FAke virus popups etc?

alright so i have desktop traffic that is not really being used, and i saw a few sites that have like fake virus scan things or these random landing pages about making money etc. pretty much if u refresh the same page it will show a different webpage of this add stuff. Im wondering what kind of network would i use to get these kind of pages onto my website for my desktop traffic.
