I was trying to buy a DA 60+ backlink.
I received a sample of the domain link from the seller, and I searched the domain.

Examining the domain provided by the seller, it seems to be a domain that is being worked on to forcibly increase the DA score.
For example, I think I've worked on a backlink using 301 redirect on links like Google Maps, YouTube search boxes, Google UK, Google Russia, etc.

If I get a backlink from a domain like this as my money site, will it have a good or bad impact on the ranking?

This is the backlink information of the domain where the seller gave me a sample.

I hear DR is a better metric to rely upon than DA as DA can be easily manipulated.

But the again, all these metrics aren't Google parameters.

I personally give more weightage to organic traffic that a potential domain is getting before buying a link.

A backlink from a domain that uses questionable practices, like 301 redirects from unrelated high-profile sites, can harm your rankings. Such domains may be seen as spammy or manipulative, potentially leading to penalties from search engines. It's better to focus on backlinks from reputable, relevant sources to avoid negative impacts.
