[Question] Creating Backlink From website Powered by phpbb

Hello guys, i have list of websites i want to build backlinks for my blog, but am noticing that all the websites has "powered by phpbb" stuff, i wanna know if i should go ahead and build backlinks from such site, or will it harm my blog ranking?
