[QUESTION] choosing between cpa offers hving the same epc

Hello, if i have two cpa offers with the same epc let's say a good one 0.45 one offer pays 15$ per lead and the second 9$, whitch one i choose to promote?

Usually the one pays more has more steps to complete and a bit harder to convert. However, as long as they both have the same epc, I’d send traffic to both and compare the results.

Test them first coz conversion rate varies.

How do you guys promote offers targeting the specific audience.
Please help me out getting traffic to offers.
Currently I have some insurance offers.

Run them both for a longer period, one will almost always outperform the other.
