Question : Casino affiliate where it is illegal

Hello brothers,

Many of my friend are playing on a casino platform through a different skin and APK on mobile,
I would like to become an affiliate because I am seeing that there is a one leader in ranking and the rest are pretty bad.
the website DR which means it is very possible to out rank it, my questions are:

1.If this is non-US country, can I still get backlinks from .com domain and not the same language ?
2.If I will buy backlinks from high DR website they will probably ask for my credentials which can be risky ?
2. I am not going to use my country extension, so is it matter if it is .com or .net ?
3.going for an expired domain or a new one? why?

If it is illegal in your country just avoid taking money from customers, if you are just being an affiliate that is not a big deal and matter to worry about.

I will be the middle man and redirect the clients , but how do I keep this not just as a single time payment?
