[Question] Canva Templates

Hello hustlers,
I saw a ton of people selling 1000+ Canva templates as a part of a package.

My question is, where do people get those templates? I find it hard to believe that someone would manually create 1000 templates and sell it for $10.

I've used PLRs before but didn't consider combining it with Canva templates.
