Hi there. Yesterday one guy on Fiverr give me this link, he says that he can post article for 5 bucks at this site - https://vanperson08.odablog.net/

So my question is: Does this domain is free for reg? (Like blogspot, wordpress, edublogs and etc free Web 2.0 sites)???
When I’m try go to the odablog.net - google give an error.

It's not a web 2.0 site. It's domain registered in namecheap.

Don't waste your 5 bucks on this site because it has lots of spammy backlinks.
 
There are many website like this where you will not find any way to sign up. They are hidden and done with software. They are mostly used for spam.

Probably he owns that site and is offering a link on sub-domain of the site. It is not web 2.0

also don't buy it.
 
Seems like a cheap spam site.
Before buying backlinks always check DA, PA with Moz and CF, TF with Majestic. Also domain age with through Whois.
