Hi, Every website or almost every sire have a contact page with contact forms.
If i will contact the owner of website, with commercial promotion, or some offers that is not related to website niche, can be that considered spam?
A lot of contact pages have a captcha protection, and some "security" protocol.
Can be considered this spam?
Thank you.

Of course. Any form of unsolicited commercial messages is spam. Not that this should stop you though :)

yes, It is spam, You should not send mail through his contact us page without having particular need of that product or relevant service!

Oh, that is, but on other way, it's like nonsense: you have a postal adress, but you will receive letters just from your familly.
But, if product that you are selling can be used for site improvement, let;s say seo service, that cam be also considered spam? Even if personalize email with domain of these website?
And what can be consequences?
A stupid question: Can be used contact us forms to promote CPA offers? (site related , like traffic, seo, or desigh, even hosting?)

I doubt you could face any consequences except maybe some nasty replies. I get a ton of seo proposals via contact form on websites and if i ever replied to one was to say "f*** off" :)

Also, if you personalize email with domain, or name of website, and try to compose an generic specific email with a your promotion?
An, if you are sending email thru proxy, from another country, and you are sending to an affillite website, what can happen? (You are sending to USA, but you are from Rusia, with China proxy).
