Hello, I want to know if anyone can use pictures that are on Pinterest to own websites. Or are there any copyrights issues as with normal images on Google?
I want use some images from pinterest, so basically can I grab them from Pin for free without link back?

What Pinterest is doing is probably not legal, so taking images from Pinterest is probably not legal, either.

It says in their T&C that you cannot pin a copyrighted material there. If must have proper rights. Pinterest also gives you permission to use "Pinterest contents" for personal and non commercial use. As far as "user content" goes, it cannot give nor deny you permissions.

So, I think the copyright issue is the same as normal images on Google.
