{Question} Blasting a facebook page?

Anyone got any experience of this? Seems like an interesting experiment in some ways because:

A) you can use the cheapest and spammiest of linking services, the site's not yours anyway!
B) They can only deindex your facebok page, they wont deindex facebook!

Anyway, just an ill thought out idea for an experiment at this stage but would be interested in hearing anyone elses feed back, or suggestions of other things to consider in the experiment!

Done it, got a few spam complaints on the wall. As well as an 'anti'-FB page

so do you get a 'page removed' screen, and was that perminant Maruk?
(Or am I getting the wrong end of the stick lol)

It's not particularly useful in and of itself, but it's a nice benchmark for future tests

It's true that it's cheap and spammy and the site isn't yours but the links really won't be worth much. Even if facebook doesn't crack down on you, the value of those backlinks aren't enough to guarantee you results. The quality of your links don't just depend on the PR of the domain, but also on the individual page.

No the page is still live and I got like 50 fans actually. Make sure that you blast to targeted urls and you'll be fine. Just be smart with your comment and make sure that you remove any option for anyone to comment on your page. At least for 4 weeks.

Did you switch to the pretty URL when you got 25 members?

Ofcourse. I don't do anything with the page but to post a link and some info once every 2 weeks or so. The page is still growing though.
