[QUESTION] Best Way To Rush om Youtube

Hi everybody,
I am here just for ask a very simple advice. Me and my friend own a Youtube channel since October, and in few months we got 4k sub and 100k views. We can't find the right way to get gear on YT, I just want to know what I have to do to be "visible" to other people. We make good video, as great youtubers do but we are just "invisible". So if someone can help us to get us know what is best (subs, views, likes) for our channel can please say it to in this post?

Share the links of your Videos through FB, Twitter, Linked In, Google+...

Sharing is good. But you have to make sure that enought people see your links.

On twitter I have a botnet of accounts that always retweet all of my tweets with links to my video so they are visible to tons of people.

I get thousands of views a day just by doing that.

So the way is sharing, but my "fan base" it's smaller on other socials than YT. how can i reach tons of ppl if i don't have follower on twitter, fb, g+ or anything else? There is some way to reach ppl that don't follow you? It's my first time in this type of things and I'm not very confident with these "tricks" (such botnet or else).

First of all do keyword research ,your video titles must be exact or closer to popular researches in your niche .Do proper SEO of your video descriptions .

Interact positively with your video viewers

Use social media as promotion tool

and rest is history

So the way is sharing on the greatest number of social I can? And How I can reach people that not are my followers or fan?
