    Hi,
I'm selling digital items on ebay, and thus I do not send any physical products to the customer
However, in order to become a top rated seller on ebay, I see that:
"Tracking uploaded on time and validated"
Needs to be : 90.00% or more
But the problem is, I don't have any physical products or shipping or tracking, so how can I solve this problem?

You can print out whatever you're selling and mail it to get tracking but other than that, you can not get TRS. Also since eBay does not like people selling digital items that they don't own the intellectual rights to or are authorized resellers, if you are already successful right now doing what you're doing, just keep doing it and don't rock the boat.

You can still be a top rated seller with less than 90% tracking, you just won't be a top rated 'plus' seller. Unless you're doing large volume then the 20% discount on fees won't really be a big deal.
