[QUESTION] Automating Facebook

Hello guys,

Well I have two questions. First one is:
1- How to post to a list of Facebook groups at once. Like I want to post a photo and write a caption on it to multiple Facebook group at once.
2- Let's say I am in an NGO or something and I have a Facebook page is there a way to make a list of Facebook accounts (members of the NGOs) to automatically share and like a post on our Facebook page?
