Question: Article Spinning for Local SEO?

I currently have a photography service biz (Houston, TX) and looking to spin blogs from other biz in different States.

How effective is using a tool like AI Wryter to spin an article from a photography from say...Miami, FL and use that on my blog?

Essentially replacing their City & State with mine?

Any tips?
